The Sullivan basement renovation consisted of combining two rooms into one space, adding a full bathroom and creating a laundry/storage
area. A window seat with flanking closets frames a window at the far end of the basement. Plenty of built-in storage was incorporated into
the design; however, the owners have chosen to that work at a later date. The renovated area is 500 SF.
